Lightweight Code Review

Several different techniques:

1. Over-the-shoulder - one developer looks over the authors shoulder as the author walks through the code
2. Email pass-around - author emails code to reviewers
3. Pair Programming - two authors develop code together at the same workstation
4. Tool-assisted - authors and reviewers use specialised tools for peer code review
