Spring Integration Framework

Promises:
  • simplify and enhance the development of service-oriented, message-driven applications by encapsulating internal complexities
  • provide adapters to handle integration with common input and output sources
  • business components can be configured without knowledge of the integration infrastructure
  • handles message-listening and service-invoking aspects and applies Inversion of Control principles
  • support for JMS, AOP, event publication, and subscription and transaction management
Expected to be available in the second quarter of 2008.
