ASP.NET - jQuery Datepicker

After wasting too much time trying to get the ASP.NET AJAX CalendarExtender working on my master page I eventually gave up and decided to go with Keith Wood's jQuery Datepicker - wish I had done so earlier. Using the jQuery selectors it was simple to attach it to all of my date text boxes and easily set both the date format and minimum and/or maximum dates.
