Windows 7 / Server 2008 - Where's ProxyCFG?

ProxyCfg.exe has been deprecated from Vista / Windows 2008 onwards and replaced with the NetSH command:

NetSH WinHTTP Set Proxy proxy-server="PROXY.COM:8080" bypass-list="SERVER.COM"
