- Chunks of meat (Pork or Beef)
- Gravy (preferably leftovers from a roast)
- Black pudding
- Sliced onion
- Handful of red lentils
- Sliced raw potato
Place all ingredients in a roasting dish with the slices of potato as a covering. Cook for 1.5hrs at 200c. Turn down after 1 hour if it is browning too fast. If you are using raw stewing steak stew it first to make some gravy. You can also put some sliced carrot in the gravy.
